Getting to St Ives is easy. We have plenty of parking and can recommend experienced, friendly coach drivers. Cohort is in the centre of town – just a short walk from either St Ives bus or train station; even Neqwuay Airport is only a 50 minute drive away.
The great news is that once you’re here you don’t need to worry about transport again as everything to do in St Ives (and there’s a lot) is all within walking distance of Cohort.

Cohort is situated in the centre of St Ives. It’s next to St Ives Theatre, opposite the Merlin Cinema and an easy 5 minute walk from either the bus or train station.
If you’re coming by coach or minibus there is short stay parking outside the building to drop off and pick up students.
For parking a coach, minibus or car there are 4 car parks close by, all of which have minibus parking and one with coach parking. There are also other car parking options available during the busier summer months.
There is one main bus station and train station. St Ives train station runs a connecting, 10 minute, branch line train between St Ives and St Erth; St Erth is a mainline station connected to the main rail network. Trains to and from London run through every hour.
There is a good bus network which connects St Ives to Truro and Hayle in one direction and to Lands End and Penzance in the other. Buses run every 20 minutes all year round.
In the unlikely event you’ll need private transport there are two reputable taxi firms in St Ives, both of which have offices in town and will pick up / drop off at Cohort.

When coming off the A30 follow signs to Tate St Ives / St Ives, turning left onto Mill Hill at the mini roundabout (what3words: annual.bind.slice). This road is wide and easy to navigate for coaches. At the T-junction turn right towards St Ives and follow the road through Halsetown, at the next T-juntion turn right towards St Ives town and Cohort is situated at the bottom of this road, opposite the cinema (what3words: breathing.beak.latched).
There is short stay parking and a bus stop in front of Cohort in order pick-up or drop-off the party. In the busier, summer months there may not be space outside and in that case you can temporarily park further up the road where there is a bus stop and it’s wider.
