Whether you’re looking for an immersive art trip, an outdoor-focused enrichment option, a location with a wide variety of characteristics for your geography NEA work or something completely different, St Ives has it all with beach time built in!
We will work closely with you to plan a customised itinerary which meets the needs of your students, fulfils your learning objectives and fits your budget. We will also book activities and support you throughout the planning process.

Located in the centre of St Ives
Cohort’s accomodation centre holds an LOTC Quality Badge, is featured on the Evolve System and meets all health and safety requirements for hosting a school trip. Our staff are first aid trained, DBS checked and there is dedicated support overnight.
Accommodation is provided in dorm rooms for students along with private rooms for staff and all bed linen is provided. We can accommodate up to 54 people (e.g. 48 students + 6 staff) and there is no minimum group size.

From B&B through to Full Board
We appreciate that older students want to be more independent, younger ones prefer everything included and then there are lots of groups inbetween.
All catering at Cohort is optional and our self-catering kitchen means you can do your own thing if you prefer. We offer everything from B&B to Full Board and you can mix and match what you do to suit your itinerary and students.
We cater for all dietary requirements and keep the administration of meal choices as simple as possible. All our food is provided by local businesses – there are no mass produced, cardboard-sandwiches here! Explore and download our menus.
The easiest way to determine costs for your group or enquire about dates is to complete our get in touch form, call on 01736 791664 (Option 1) or email hello@stayatcohort.co.uk.
As a guide we would expect a group of 40 students + 4 staff to pay around £190/student for 3-nights, full board accommodation or £168/student half board.
Itinerary costs average around £60/student however every itinerary is different and can be designed to meet your budget. It’s realistic to expect a trip for 3 nights / 40 students / full board / full itinerary to cost around £250 + vat + travel.
Most of our trips come in between £280 – £375/student including travel.
