Painting ‘En Plein Air’

Join artist educator extraordinaire, Greg Humphries, for a session painting out in the open air. Take in the wild Cornish cliffs, the golden sand beaches or the busy harbour using inks, gouache paint or acrylics.

Explore ideas and methods used by artists such as JMW Turner, Ben Nicholson, Peter Lanyon or Bryan Wynter.

Materials not included; you will need a simple watercolour set (with integral palette), 1 x large and 1 x small brush, water pot (or takeaway cup), tissue paper for cleaning brushes, hardback sketchbook, pencil, sharpener, eraser.

Workshop lasts approx. 2 – 3 hours.

£200/workshop or £375 for two workshops on the same day (10% discount for groups of less than 20 students)
